Total Xpress was established in 1981 and is central Ohio's oldest domiciled trucking company.

Versed in positioning both inbound and outbound containers from local Columbus, OH rail locations; Domestic 53’ intermodal, 40’ foot ISO containers, and 20’ foot ISO containers. Long-standing experience at all local rail locations since companies founding in 1981. Additionally, TotalXpress has vast experience with local chassis providers as well as expert processes relating to chassis serviceability, safety, and costs.

Intermodal Drayage

Total Xpress manages thousands of container shipments a year, both domestic and international from ramps located in Columbus, OH and regionally. We provide 24-hour service and tracking backed by a dedicated team of professionals with many years of service and experience.

Regional TL Service

Total Xpress is a provider of regional TL capacity for an array of shippers from transportation intermediaries to direct freight owners. From our Columbus, OH domicile we service currently a 250 miles radius reaching many regional freight hubs such as Detroit, Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Louisville.

Local Cartage

TotalXpress has developed quite a favorable reputation in our local market. We offer an array of services to our local customers and can move your freight cross-town at steady and reasonable terms. While primarily a provider of dry van service, we are open to review of alternate equipment requirements for dedicated needs.

Container Holding Yard

Located in close proximity to the Total Xpress Columbus, OH office is our local container trailer holding yard location. The container yard was added to assist our valued clients to pace overflow units on a short or long term basis.
